Utilizing my HR knowledge I have acquired through leading complex projects, I have ensured that new businesses launch with high employee experience expectations. In addition, I have consulted corporate and field HR teams on how to create foundational generalist work routines that are built to scale with the operations, and implement the right employee culture in business lines from the beginning.
